Well, again Im apologising for the absence, but only a few days after my last post I was to lose my job of 23 years, so Im now unem[ployed, have made 242 applications in the past 5 weeks, been interviewed 10 times, rejected a bit and still plenty outstanding, so accept my apologies at my tardiness, however, my predicament has givewn the Muse some inspiration, which brought about the latest poem that was posted today, let me know what you think!

So, Ive not been on here for a while, mundane life has been stressful, taking my will, lifeforce and attention from who and what I am, leaving me wrung out, so for my lack of attention to my spiritual and creative sides you have my apologies! As things start to change, hopefully for the better, then time should become available for my creative side to bloom once more, keep your eyes peeled for this to happen and many thanks for bearing with me throughout my sojourn from posting!

Its a new group, so small at the moment, but hopefully like a small acorn we will grow to be bigger! Im hoping it will be a place we can share our work, make some friends, support one another, get some exposure and possibly offer some critique and competitions, only time will tell!

Im amazed at the responces Ive had on here, ok, I perhaps hjave been spending a lot of time writing recently, but to have had so many of you comment, fave and write about my work is really heartening, it makes it all the more worthwhile!

Ive joined a few groups on here, in order to find others whose work I like and of course to share my own work, yet although I can find plenty of pagan orientated groups, I dont seem able to find one that specifically for poetry, does anyone know of one? If not, is there enough interest in us starting one? Ive been corresponding with a couple of Pagan poets who are on dA (whose work I find inspiring), and if there appears to be a niche for such a group, then we may well start one, let me know whether its something that would be of interest!

Anyhows, once again thanks for the page views, faves, comments and general helpfullness of all on here, thankyou!

Well, I've been a 'Deviant Artist' on here now for just about a week (although I'm sure I've been called a deviant for much longer, lol!) and just have to say how amazed I am at the responses I've had in that short time!

Its obvious that some of you like my work, with 143 faves already and 700+ views of my 'deviations', I just wanted to say thankyou for the compliments, comments and faves, its inspiring when others appreciate your work and provides further inspiration and incentive to continue crafting my art, whether its the photos or the poetry I've posted!

Many thanks also to those with whom I've corresponded, feels like the beginnings of some firm online friendships have begun!
